The ExtracEZE Veterinary Root Tip Remover is a titanium instrument that allows quick and easy removal of broken or decayed root tips without causing trauma to surrounding tissue. The fine radial point with cutting edges can be inserted into the smallest canals.

Once the screw is anchored into the dentin, it provides enough leverage to sever the periodontal ligament along with the pulpal nerve tissue — without the more invasive surgeries that traditional veterinary dental work often requires. The instrument passes through subgingival decay without removing important supportive bone and tissue.

Its unique crisscross handle allows turning without tearing gloves while maintaining the grip needed to screw into the remaining root tip. The Short configuration has an overall length of 18mm with a 12mm working shaft; the Long is 26mm overall with a 20mm working shaft — together, they cover virtually every companion-animal case.
